Is this scraped data? Will I get spam complaints?
No. Every contact is hand-verified by our team in Kampala. We only collect public business contact information from sources where it’s already published. You can mark contacts as "stop contacting" and we honor opt-outs within 24 hours.
Will my emails land in spam?
We’ve engineered Karibu so they don’t. You send from your own Gmail (via OAuth) using sequences capped at 30/day per mailbox. We monitor your sending reputation continuously and pause sends if anything goes wrong. Your domain stays clean.
I’m not a writer. Will the AI emails actually sound like me?
Yes. During onboarding, you paste 3 sample emails you’ve sent that worked. Karibu uses those as voice samples. Every draft sounds like you — and you can edit before sending.
Do US/UK agents actually respond to cold outreach from East Africa?

How long until I see real bookings?

What happens after the 14-day free trial?
You pick the tier that fits — Starter (UGX 380k / $99), Growth (UGX 950k / $249), or Scale (UGX 2.3M / $599). All three are available to every customer; we have no founding-member cap or lock-in. Charge happens on day 14; you can change or cancel anytime before then.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel any time, take effect at period end. Annual prepay is non-refundable but if you cancel within the first 30 days of your annual we refund pro-rata.
What if I’m not in Uganda?
Karibu works for any African tour operator selling to US/UK/EU agents. We accept payments from UG, KE, TZ, RW, ZA, NG, GH, and most African countries via Pesapal and Flutterwave. We’re Uganda-primary because that’s where our team is and where we have the deepest relationships — but the platform serves the continent.
